1. No display after booting
①Check if the power socket has electricity
②Check whether the plug of the money counter is properly inserted
③Check whether the fuse of the money counter is blown
2. A fault prompt code appears after booting
Generally, the money counter has a fault self-check function, and the money counter will self-diagnose whether there is a fault after it is turned on.
Different banknote counters have different fault codes. Please refer to the "Instruction Manual".
3. Inaccurate counting
①Adjust the vertical screw at the back of the banknote tray and turn it clockwise for one or two weeks
②Clean up the dust on the photoelectric counting sensor (dust removal).
③Whether the resistance rubber and money-twisting wheel can not be restored to normal after cleaning. Adjust after replacement.
④Adjust the alignment position of the photoelectric counter sensor of the cash feeder
4. Fluorescence detection does not alarm or the sensitivity of detection is reduced
①Adjust the circuit board sensitivity button or sensitivity adjustment potentiometer (sensitivity of fluorescence detection)
②Whether the fluorescent tube light sensor (purple light probe) accumulates dust
③Whether the fluorescent tube is aging
5. Failure of start-stop mode
①Whether the money-feeding sensor accumulates dust
②The connection between the money sending sensor and the main circuit board is open, just connect it well
③Whether the belt of the banknote counter is broken
