Our Qimi K6 time clock is only compatible with the standard 85x188x0.35 mm (7.1''×2.4'') time cards. We strongly recommend using the matching time cards provided by our factory. If you choose third-party time cards, please ensure they are the exact correct size to avoid jamming.
2. Why can't the time clock print the date on the time card?
Date printing is activated under the monthly pay mode of the machine. The machine prints weekdays and weekends only under weekly or bi-weekly pay modes. Please double-check and adjust your pay mode setting to resolve this issue.
3. How do I turn off the ringing on the Qimi K6 time recorder?
Pull the 'Set-/0' switch to the right side
Press the 'Mode' button and use '+' and '-' to select setting code 13, then press 'Enter'
Use '+' and '-' buttons to set the value to 0
Press the 'Enter' button to confirm the setting- the ringing will be turned off
4. How can I reset the Qimi K6 time clock to default settings?
Pull the 'Set-/0' switch to the right side
Press and hold the '+' , 'Clear' and 'Mode' buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds
